1. Be responsible for key projects within the region, coordinate R & D resources of the headquarters to develop key project delivery plans, and promote relevant resources to complete pre - delivery preparations.
2. Be responsible for following up the implementation and support of key projects and small - and medium - sized SMB projects in the responsible region, conduct technical configuration, debugging, installation and commissioning according to customer requirements, solve technical problems in project implementation, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and with quality.
3. Be responsible for providing technical training and product plan usage guidance to customers to ensure that customers can be familiar with the products within the project.
4. Respond quickly to technical questions raised by customers, conduct on - site or remote troubleshooting, coordinate R & D resources and product teams to jointly solve complex technical problems, follow up problem progress and provide solutions to customers.
5. Collect customer feedback and market information, be responsible for project progress, problems and improvement suggestions within the region, and provide technical feedback for products, business and processes.
6. Record the project delivery process, organize project materials, and output project summary reports after project completion.
7. Participate in project acceptance and presentation, display project effects and functions, and ensure acceptance.

oles and Responsibilities are as under:
Monitoring and Maintenance: *Conduct daily checks on *workstations, laptops, and servers. *Monitor antivirus (AV) and firewall statuses for user devices.
* Manage O365 maintenance, including backup additions and deletions.
Reporting:
*Prepare and send monthly infrastructure reports to clients. *Update client information in the system for onboarding and ensure data accuracy in all reports.
Server Management (iLO & iDRAC): *Perform weekly checks on server hardware and software via iLO and iDRAC systems.
NOC Ticket Management:
* Address NOC-generated tickets, such as drive capacity alerts, malware issues, and device encryption.
Backup Administration (Veeam O365):
*Set up and configure Veeam O365 backups to ensure data integrity and availability.
Backup Management:
*Manage recurring tickets for onsite and offsite backups, including email, OneDrive, and SharePoint backups.
Firewall and
System Maintenance:
*Perform regular firewall maintenance and conduct desktop maintenance using RMM.
Cloud and Virtualization:
*Oversee cloud and Hyper-V replication processes.
Server Maintenance:
*Conduct regular server maintenance from RMM, including patching and performance monitoring.
Data and Software Updates:
*Update BP Drug Data, Medical Director software, and Genie MIMS Prescribing Data as needed.
After-hours Support:
